Along with the added convenience and comfort of the Rocking M Ranch lodge, your nearest and dearest can all be together after the event to continue the fun times! Whether hosting a quinceañera celebration with the whole family, a business retreat weekend, long overdue family reunion, or a grand wedding for 150-plus guests, our flexible and affordable event space makes it easy to customize any special occasion.

Quinceañera and Day Event Package with Lodging

Standard Package with One Night Lodging - $5,975.00

  • One night stay in the Rocking M Ranch lodge for up to 20 persons (see Lodging for details) 

  • Exclusive use of our venue from 7:00 a.m. - 11:00 p.m. on the day of your event. You choose block for ceremony and reception. .

  • Rustic, handmade, stage-and-backdrop-style altar

  • Ladies' dressing room with lighted mirrors, comfy chairs, lockers, and a spacious master bath

  • Mens' quarters with 50" HD Smart TV, regulation pool table, and galley kitchen

  • Up to Twenty 60"-round tables set up by ranch staff

  • White table linens for round tables provided at no extra cost

  • Chiavari chairs for up to 150 set up by ranch staff

  • Black chair covers for up to 150

  • Eight elegant, handmade, 8’-cedar benches for your closest family and friends provided for the event

  • Two 8'-rectangular tables for your use

  • Black table linens for rectangular tables

  • Six picnic tables and other various seating throughout venue space

  • Swimming pool and hot tub

  • Lawn games - cornhole, washers, and jumbo jenga included

  • Large BBQ smoker/grill with prep sink and prep table

  • Propane grill adjacent to pool

  • Fire pit adjacent to pool

  • Covered, poolside DJ stand or shade structure

  • 400 sq. ft. wood-grain, modular dance floor included at no extra cost

  • Vintage cake stand and serving utensils for your use

  • Festive, outdoor tree lighting throughout

         Weekend Value Package with Two Night Lodging - $6,900.00

This package includes all services and items offered in the Standard Package along with a 2-night stay in the lodge for up to 20 persons, from Friday 12:00 noon - Sunday 1:00 p.m. Our best value package! Perfect for friends and family looking to relax and enjoy an additional overnight stay.

Wraparound DIY Package with One Night Lodging (day event for up to 75 guests and overnight lodging for up to 20 persons) - $2,000.00

Our most popular package, and at a great price! Exclusive use of our venue from 9:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. on the day of your check-in, and 12:00 noon - 5:00 p.m. on day of check-out. Perfect for adding a day event before or Sunday brunch after a relaxing night at the ranch

  • One night stay in the Rocking M Ranch lodge for up to 20 persons (see Lodging for details) .

  • Rustic, handmade, stage-and-backdrop-style altar

The Day Event Package includes all indoor common areas and our outdoor venue space. See hourly rates below.

  • No access to bedrooms during Day Event rentals; tables and chair setup/breakdown provided by ranch staff

Sunday-Thursday Events - 7:00 a.m. - 11:00 p.m.

$1,000.00 (plus $225.00 cleaning fee and $500.00 refundable damage deposit)

Friday-Saturday Events - 7:00 a.m. - 11:00 p.m.

$1,200.00 (plus $225.00 cleaning fee and $500.00 refundable damage deposit)
