Our goal is to provide a fantastic experience at Rocking M Ranch by exceeding your expectations through unparalleled service and a commitment to excellence. Our extensive list of permanent amenities is just one way we provide an outstanding experience to every guest. In addition to our permanent amenities, we also offer plenty of Additional Services to customize and enhance your experience.

Included in the cost of all rentals.

  • ​​​​​​​​Use of all common areas of the duplex-style lodge, including:

    • Two great rooms and dining areas, each with a wood-burning fireplace

    • Two fully stocked kitchens

    • Upstairs game room with billiards table

    • Full, upstairs bathroom

    • Utility room with W/D and extra fridge

    • Downstairs ADA half-bath

    • Two separate Wi-Fi signals for each side of lodge

    • Two covered screened porches with seating and home gym

    • Bedroom access is limited to overnight guests only, except for Wedding Events that include bride and groom dressing areas.

  • Rustic, handmade, stage-and-backdrop-style altar in our outdoor ceremony space

  • Eight elegant, handmade, 8’-cedar benches in our outdoor ceremony space

  • Seven picnic tables (seats 56) and other various outdoor seating throughout

  • Dance Floor - 400 sq. ft. dance floor in outdoor venue area

  • Swimming pool and hot tub with safety fence and childproof latches on gates

  • Poolside shade structure with electrical outlets, fans, and overhead misters

  • Propane grill adjacent to pool

  • Fire pit adjacent to pool with wood provided

  • Large BBQ smoker/grill with outdoor prep sink and prep table

  • Lawn Games including three Cornhole games, one Washers game, and Jumbo Jenga

  • Festive, overhead lighting throughout

  • VIP parking in front of lodge

  • Two ADA parking spots and wheelchair accessible entrance

  • On-site guest parking lot

  • Convenient guest turnaround and drop-off area at main entrance of outdoor venue space

Additional Services:

Prices for some additional services vary; please consult Rocking M Ranch management. All prices are per day/event unless otherwise specified.

  • Infused Water Station: Provide guests with a refreshing and hydrating beverage from our infused water station upon arrival. Includes two large glass water dispensers with stands, your choice of infusions, and plastic cups. $1.00 per person​​

​

  • Coffee Service: Fresh brewed Folgers medium-roast coffee. Includes hot beverage cups, sugar, sweetener, powdered creamer. $2.00 per person

​

  • Tea Service: Fresh brewed tea and beverage dispenser. Includes cups, ice, sugar, sweetener, lemon wedges. $2.00 per person

 

  • S'more Station: Jazz up the fire pit fun! The S'more Station set-up includes a covered table adjacent to the fire pit, a 3-tier vintage serving stand, signage, paper boats, s'more skewers, milk chocolate bars, graham crackers, and marshmallows: $75.00 per initial set-up (feeds 20), $25.00 per refill (each refill feeds 20) *Specialty food items upon request. Rocking M Ranch requires having a dedicated adult to oversee S'more Station.​

 

  • Outdoor Satellite Bar/Beverage Station: Authentic Jack Daniels whiskey barrels with galvanized metal interior inserts (2). Use individually as beverage stands, or pair the two barrels with a genuine cowhide covered antique tabletop for a rustic outdoor bar (does not include beverages). Individual barrels $100.00 each; 2-barrel satellite bar set-up $250.00. Satellite bar set-up includes use of one party-size cooler.​

 

  • Sparkler Exit: Exit in style underneath a sparkling tunnel of friends and family for one big finale on your special day! Our long-lasting sparklers are sure to entertain, whether sending off a newlywed couple or helping kids practice their signature in the sky. $50.00 per set of 50 wands

  • Buffet Rental: Includes four elegant chaffers with pans and fuel, two electric warming stations, and serving utensils. $200.00/day

​​

  • 60"-Round Table Rental: (seats 8-10) Twenty tables available. $10.00 each/day.

​

  • Table Linens: White linens available for 60"-round tables. $5.00 each/day​

​​

  • ​​Chair Rental:  160 folding chairs available. $12.00 per 8 chairs.

​​

  • Speaker System:  Includes two 10" high-performance, Bluetooth-compatible, PA speakers with tripod stands and microphone. Perfect for making announcements to large groups or setting up your own DJ or karaoke station for your event. $150.00/day

​​

  • ​Small Party Catering: Now offering catering options for groups of 60 or less, including party trays, appetizers, box lunches, dessert trays, food delivery, and more! Special orders upon request. Pricing varies by selection and number of guests. Consult Rocking M Ranch management. Rocking M Ranch uses local restaurants, delis, bakeries, and caterers.

  • Custom Gift Baskets: Make any day memorable with a custom gift basket! Customize the basket with unique items or pick a theme and we can fill it with related items. Order a personal, handmade gift for bridesmaids, groomsmen, or any special person on your list! Pricing varies by selection and contents. Consult Rocking M Ranch management.​

  • Floating Pool Orbs: Perfect for adding that little bit of extra ambiance! Color-changing, floating, LED spheres: $30.00 per each set of 4 orbs (2 sets available)

  • Rocking M Ranch staff support for setup or breakdown of chairs, tables, buffet, or other additional assistance pre-approved by Lessee: $30.00 per hour/per person
